Between 2016 - 2017 our founder, Miriam Mukasa partnered with Microsoft (through our sister company AfricaTalentbank.com) and interviewed over 40 MS execs and matched them with East African graduates. The MS mentors were from: UK. USA, France, Austria, Portugal, Indonesia, India, Egypt, Israel, Turkey, Denmark and more with graduate mentees from: Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania. This cross-cultural mentorship pilot was a roaring success with many MS execs telling me how it had changed their lives. Some even flew out to East Africa to meet their mentees. See photo below.
