• Our Masterclasses are a roadmap for leadership and have been adapted from 3 business methodologies: 'The Business Model Canvas', by Dr Alexander Osterwalder & Dr Yves Pigneur, 'The Lean Startup' by Eric Ries and 'SWOT Analysis', by Albert Humpfrey. ​Our Masterclasses are designed for:
  

  • Those who are highly ambitious and are currently in, or seeking leadership/management roles within local or international organisations.

  • Those who are high achievers and have executive potential.

  • Those who are already highly functioning successful people who may need support from time to time in order to perform better.

• Our goal is to help you achieve yours, by getting you from where you are, to where you want to be, with actionable plan(s) and accountability built in.

• We will look to build on the leadership skills and experience you already have and, as part of the Masterclass you select, draft a plan/roadmap for your career progression.

• We will support you in building or improving your leadership, management and business operating capabilities. Together, we will:
  

  • Define your core challenges

  • See where you’re starting from, and

  • Where you want to go.

• We will work together to generate important insights, gain clarity, focus, and develop targeted action plans for you, based on your goals.

• We will focus on leveraging your strengths, working on your skills to ensure your capabilities and responses are in line with senior leadership rather than mid-level employee.​

• You will have home assignments and will be held accountable for your progress in achieving the milestones we lay out together. Accountability drives performance especially in challenging times.
